All my products are made in small batches. Most items are made to order, so please allow between 7 and 10 days to receive your delivery. If you need something sooner, please email before placing an order, and I will do my best to help.

Delivery in the UK.

Free delivery on orders over £100 in the UK. Orders are sent out via a signed for delivery service.

International.​

Currently I only ship within the UK, hopefully this will change soon.

Orders.

All accepted orders will receive a confirmation email and you will be contacted again when your order is ready for dispatch. All orders are subject to availability. We will confirm agreement to your order with the confirmation email and enter into a 'contract' then the dispatch notice is sent. By ordering from Tangent Accessories website you are agreeing to the terms and conditions.

Returns.

To return an item, please email info@tangentaccessories.com in the first instance.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your items and you would like to return them for an exchange or refund this must be done within 14 days. Please email info@tangentaccessories.com to arrange it. Items returned outside of the 14 day period will only be accepted if they have been agreed in advance. Please note, this does not affect you statutory rights..

Please note: You are responsible for the postage costs of returned or exchanged items. Please only send items via a tracked method of delivery that requires a signature. Items remain your property until they arrive with me.

Please send returned items in the same condition in which they were sent to you, this includes all labels still attached.

All returned items will be checked and then the refund or an exchange will be made. 

I aim to process any refunds or exchanges as quickly as possible. You will be kept updated via email.
